Argos is an independent company , leader in the field of assistance and claims management, in the medical (human and veterinary), technical (mobility and home) and legal fields. We operate as Third-Party Administrator (TPA) and Service Provider with offices in Italy, France, Spain and USA. We offer a complete service for insurance companies, assistance companies, brokers, D.M.C., incentive agencies, tour operators, fleet management companies, maritime companies, cruise companies and for companies operating in the welfare sector, travel and event organization, including sports. We provide your customers with a capillary network of over 580,000 suppliers, including hospitals, clinics, freelancers, dental offices, diagnostic centers, emergency and technical partners (roadside assistance, bodywork, workshops, plumbers, blacksmiths, masons)experts and lawyers.

Let’s talk about our numbers: it takes 15 minutes to organize an assistance service, and in 1 hour, the intervention is on site. In 40 minutes, in case of road rescue. We manage the claim through our 24-hour operations center, 365 days a year, with multilingual staff, using the latest technology infrastructure. Since we were born, we have organized over 150,000 assists and manage about 20,000 each year.
More than 90,000 patients have been rescued by our network of healthcare professionals, and thousands of motorists have benefited from our technical and legal assistance in the event of claims. We are certified according to ISO 9001:2015.
