In this days was a main topic, for us it has always been a reality. The Coronavirus emergency has led to agile work that can be used for six months even without written agreements.

In Argos it is the daily reality and this thanks to the widespread use of technologies and to work for objectives.

The article in Il Sole 24 Ore reports data from the Observatory of the School of Management of the Polytechnic of Milan, according to which 570 thousand workers benefited from it in 2019, an increase of 20% compared to the previous year. The large companies that apply forms of agile work are 58 out of 100, of the other 7% have activated informal initiatives and 5% plan to do so within the next 12 months. Completely different story for SMEs, where structured projects are only 12% and some resistance has so far prevailed.

Smart working has a positive impact on company costs, productivity and the environment: one day of smart working per week for each worker leads to an individual annual saving of 135 kg of CO2.

Being agile and smart is a daily challenge for Argos. We pursue it with the determination and resilience that distinguish us.
