Argos is celebrating Pride Month

Argos is celebrating Pride Month.

The month of June was symbolically chosen as the month of Pride in memory of the Stonewall riots (Stonewall riots), a series of violent clashes between homosexual groups and the New York police, which began on the night of June 27-28, 1969 at the Stonewall Inn, a gay bar in Greenwich Village. The beginning of the modern gay movement is associated with this event.

The concrete commitment to the LGBTQIA+ community has been a choice that has distinguished Argos Assistance since its foundation and is reflected in all of its daily activities.

The concepts of gender identity and sexual orientation are constantly taught to our team members, and we strive to use neutral and inclusive language.

To underline our commitment, we recently joined Parks – Liberi e Uguali, a non-profit association that has among its members only employers created to help member companies to understand and realize to the maximum the potential of business related to the development of strategies and good practices respectful of diversity.

Our objectives have been strictly adhered to by adapting the IT system to our non-discrimination policy and adopting specific regulations.
