POL – Management System Policy
Purpose
Argos promotes production/service delivery policies that take into account the needs of economic development and value creation, which are typical of its business activities, together with the need to respect and safeguard the environment, social responsibility, and the security of information and data. It also undertakes to comply with current legislation, encouraging the spread of a culture based on respect for legal principles.

Argos’ commitment is reflected in the development and implementation of an Integrated Management System through the active involvement of the entire company structure, so that each part of the organization contributes, according to its role, to achieving the identified objectives of the management system and promoting:
- Data and information security;

- Service efficiency;
- Quality of supplies and contracts;
- Continuous improvement;
- Respect for and enhancement of people;
- Innovation and change;
- Transparent communication and worker participation.
The strategies underlying the development of the company’s business are based on the company’s values and mission, which also influence the behavioral guidelines for employees and collaborators, in order to achieve the best possible results through the sharing of problems and opportunities.
In order to implement its Policy, Argos undertakes to:
- Apply risk analysis logic to all operational and decision-making processes.
- Promote and spread a culture of continuous improvement focused on product/service compliance and quality, customer satisfaction, and the protection of the environment, health and safety, information security, and innovation.
- Involve, motivate, raise awareness among, and value people through professional training, operational training, and qualification on specific critical processes.
- Ensure active compliance with the legal regulations applicable to the scope of the company management system, with the aim of continuously improving working conditions for personnel, including suppliers and interested parties, in terms of confidentiality, integrity, availability, and information security.
- Ensure the security of the services provided, in terms of confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information and data, based on policies for the correct and secure use of IT technologies and the systematic assessment of the risks connected with them, by adopting a series of measures, controls, and procedures for the proper processing of personal data.
- Promote the sustainable use of resources, the protection of biodiversity and ecosystems, adaptation to climate change, and the mitigation of related impacts, by making available trained and efficient human resources supported by adequate infrastructure resources.
Argos annually defines, during the Management Review, its improvement objectives, on the basis of which it assesses the effectiveness and usefulness of its Management System, and provides adequate means and resources to achieve them.
In order to comply with this Policy and achieve the defined objectives, Argos considers it essential to promote teamwork and encourage the constructive involvement of all people who are part of its organization.
