Argos Assistance has joined Parks – Liberi e Uguali, a non-profit association that exclusively includes employers. It was created to help member companies understand and maximize the potential of business related to the development of strategies and good practices related to diversity.
Our decision to join Parks – Liberi e Uguali is meant to emphasize the significance of a comprehensive approach that encompasses the entire company also learning from other realities and sharing experiences that allow to improve the well-being of our employees to avoid that no one feels excluded for its orientation sexual and gender identity.
The collaboration at Parks confirms our commitment to recognition and enhancement of diversity in the workplace, which has distinguished us since our foundation and is reflected in our daily activities.
