The Latin American market will be strengthened with the opening of a new headquarters in Colombia
The opening of our new headquarters in Colombia is a strategic step to strengthen Argos Assistance’s presence on the American continent and we are happy to announce it.
The decision to open this office stems from the need to cover the Latin American market, expanding the operations already consolidated in North America and strengthening the network of partners and suppliers outside Europe.
The new openings aim to enhance the effectiveness of interventions by providing local support in crucial areas and taking advantage of physical presence as a competitive advantage. In the event of an emergency in one of the main locations, local locations can provide support to others, ensuring business continuity.
“The opening of the new offices in Colombia is a strategic choice of Argos Assistance to consolidate a fundamental market for us, like the American one,” says Diego Aldana, CEO of the Argos Assistance Group. The new office represents a turning point for the Group, allowing us to respond more promptly and effectively to our customers’ requests.
“Seeing the positive impact of opening our office in Miami, we decided to open a new physical headquarters in Colombia, as it is a strategic point to strengthen our direct alliances with mainland customers and suppliers,” continues Andrés Mejía, CEO for the Americas who, with over 15 years of experience in the industry, will be the main point of contact for the American market.
With this new opening, the Argos Assistance Group is committed to being closer to its customers and partners, offering a high-quality service, and strengthening its alliances around the world.
