Interview with Marco Rinalducci, the Director of Administration and Claims.

Argos Assistance is an independent company leading in the field of assistance and claims management in the medical (human and veterinary), technical (mobility and home), and legal fields. A new logo and website have been created to reflect its new position on the global market. We talked about it with Marco Rinalducci, the Administration and Claim Director, who has been following this significant renovation project.

What were the reasons that led you to renew your image and presence on the web?
The new image of Argos Assistance is a direct consequence of the international growth we have experienced in recent years. Thanks to our team of experts and specialized suppliers, Argos has a global positioning and widespread presence across the world today. Hence, we have proposed a more contemporary and innovative logo to represent our ongoing commitment to innovation. Our evolution is clearly displayed on the new, even more content-rich website.

What is the latest news for customers?
In addition to our traditional areas of expertise, our customers can count on new services in the areas of medical assistance, travel assistance, maritime medical assistance, and technical assistance. We have also expanded the areas of use of iHumy artificial intelligence, and integrated the management system with WhatsApp Business API, as fast and effective support tools, in order to improve the overall experience.

What are the aims for 2024?
We aim to strengthen our position as a strategic and reliable partner in the global market for current and prospective customers. Our secret is to ensure the highest standards of service, while continuing to improve the quality of service delivery, which is why we are in the process of certifying both our call center and data security systems. Direct contact with customers remains a priority for us, and for this reason we prefer face-to-face events that allow us to get to know and interact directly with our clients.

What’s next?
We look forward to seeing you from 12 to 15 March in Verona at LetExpo 2024, the largest sustainable transport and logistics fair and from 10 to 14 November we will be, as always, at ITIC Global which this year will be held in Vienna.
